Ojeda Dur\u00e1n se encuentra en situaci\u00f3n de retiro y recibe una pensi\u00f3n, por lo que actualmente no ocupa ning\u00fan cargo p\u00fablico; ser\u00e1 \u00e9l quien determine bajo qu\u00e9 t\u00e9rminos rendir\u00e1 su testimonio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x1yc453h x1hpqcdg x1ekroe6 xutxfr x1fie51u xgyxj25 xkyrhof x1elgs31 x1fv8qjw x1tbvfm1 xb72syl x1iew0xx x1c2l018 x14l7nz5 xuw7688 x1pjt2rx x160d6zm xrxpjvj\" dir=\"ltr\">El citatorio forma parte del proceso contra el contralmirante Fernando Far\u00edas Laguna y su hermano, el vicealmirante Manuel Roberto Far\u00edas Laguna, sobrinos pol\u00edticos de Ojeda, a quienes la FGR se\u00f1ala como presuntos l\u00edderes de una red de contrabando de combustible en aduanas mar\u00edtimas. Reportes period\u00edsticos se\u00f1alan que una jueza lo cit\u00f3 como testigo durante la audiencia de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Fernando Far\u00edas, aunque la FGR no hab\u00eda logrado localizarlo para notificarle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x1yc453h x1hpqcdg x1ekroe6 xutxfr x1fie51u xgyxj25 xkyrhof x1elgs31 x1fv8qjw x1tbvfm1 xb72syl x1iew0xx x1c2l018 x14l7nz5 xuw7688 x1pjt2rx x160d6zm xrxpjvj\" dir=\"ltr\">La FGR ha se\u00f1alado que no existe una investigaci\u00f3n formal contra Ojeda Dur\u00e1n, debido a que no hay una denuncia presentada por \u00e9l.
