Sin embargo, la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) no logr\u00f3 ubicarlo para notificarle sobre su obligaci\u00f3n de comparecer.<\/p>\n<p>Ojeda es se\u00f1alado de haber protegido a sus sobrinos pol\u00edticos, el vicealmirante Manuel Roberto y su hermano Fernando, quienes son acusados de operar una red de huachicol fiscal en las aduanas mar\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con Epigmenio Mendieta, abogado defensor de Fernando, el citatorio fue emitido desde el viernes pasado por la jueza Alejandra Ram\u00edrez de la Vega, a petici\u00f3n de la defensa. La FGR recibi\u00f3 la instrucci\u00f3n de localizar y notificar a Ojeda para que se presentara el mi\u00e9rcoles por la ma\u00f1ana en la sala de audiencias del Centro de Justicia.<\/p>\n<p>Mendieta se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la defensa incluso proporcion\u00f3 la direcci\u00f3n actual del exsecretario, pero la Fiscal\u00eda no consigui\u00f3 localizarlo.
