{"id":6109,"date":"2026-02-26T14:49:49","date_gmt":"2026-02-26T20:49:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trabucoradio.com\/home\/?p=6109"},"modified":"2026-02-26T14:49:49","modified_gmt":"2026-02-26T20:49:49","slug":"tv-azteca-va-por-concurso-mercantil-voluntario-para-asegurar-su-continuidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trabucoradio.com\/home\/?p=6109","title":{"rendered":"TV AZTECA VA POR CONCURSO MERCANTIL VOLUNTARIO PARA ASEGURAR SU CONTINUIDAD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TV AZTECA VA POR CONCURSO MERCANTIL VOLUNTARIO PARA ASEGURAR SU CONTINUIDAD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>TV Azteca<\/strong>, propiedad de\u00a0<strong>Ricardo Salinas Pliego<\/strong>, anunci\u00f3 este jueves que iniciar\u00e1 una\u00a0<strong>reorganizaci\u00f3n corporativa<\/strong>, operativa y financiera de la empresa, mediante un\u00a0<strong>concurso mercantil voluntario<\/strong>\u00a0para sanear sus finanzas y asegurar su continuidad operativa, tras el pago de la deuda millonaria que hizo al\u00a0<strong>Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributario<\/strong>\u00a0(SAT).<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con un comunicado por\u00a0<strong>Grupo Salinas<\/strong>\u00a0en su cuenta de X, TV Azteca explica que \u201cha enfrentado y superado\u00a0<strong>grandes desaf\u00edos financieros<\/strong>: desde el\u00a0<strong>pago de licencias al gobierno<\/strong>\u00a0en 2018, el\u00a0<strong>impacto negativo del COVID-19<\/strong>, una\u00a0<strong>negociaci\u00f3n compleja con acreedores internacionales<\/strong>\u00a0y, recientemente, el pago al SAT\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el director general de TV Azteca,\u00a0<strong>Rafael Rodr\u00edguez S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, el concurso mercantil, aprobado en su\u00a0<strong>Asamblea General Extraordinaria de Accionistas<\/strong>, \u00abpermite, con la supervisi\u00f3n de un juez, reordenar de manera estructurada y equitativa los pasivos de una\u00a0<strong>empresa<\/strong>\u00a0de acuerdo con su capacidad de pago\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La televisora agreg\u00f3 que la decisi\u00f3n responde a un entorno complejo para la\u00a0<strong>industria de medios<\/strong>, marcado por la transformaci\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong>mercado publicitario<\/strong>, la\u00a0<strong>creciente competencia digital<\/strong>\u00a0y mayores\u00a0<strong>costos operativos<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de\u00a0<strong>presiones financieras<\/strong>\u00a0acumuladas en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.
