El deceso se present\u00f3 en Michoac\u00e1n,<\/strong>\u00a0donde se tienen 265 casos, principalmente en ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os que no contaban con su esquema de vacunaci\u00f3n completo.<\/p>\n<p>Las cifras oficiales muestran que el virus sigue circulando activamente.\u00a0<strong>Entre 2025 y los primeros d\u00edas de 2026, en M\u00e9xico se han confirmado 7 mil 417 casos y 26 defunciones, con presencia del sarampi\u00f3n en todas las entidades del pa\u00eds y al menos 265 municipios, lo que refleja la dimensi\u00f3n del problema sanitario.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los estados con mayor n\u00famero de contagios en lo que va del a\u00f1o,\u00a0<strong>Jalisco encabeza la lista con 521 casos, seguido de Chiapas con 200 y Sinaloa con 65.
