{"id":5062,"date":"2025-09-27T09:31:13","date_gmt":"2025-09-27T15:31:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trabucoradio.com\/home\/?p=5062"},"modified":"2025-09-27T09:31:13","modified_gmt":"2025-09-27T15:31:13","slug":"patrones-tienen-hasta-14-de-diciembre-para-cumplir-con-ley-silla-ftot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trabucoradio.com\/home\/?p=5062","title":{"rendered":"PATRONES TIENEN HASTA 14 DE DICIEMBRE PARA CUMPLIR CON LEY SILLA: FTOT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PATRONES TIENEN HASTA 14 DE DICIEMBRE PARA CUMPLIR CON LEY SILLA: FTOT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El presidente de la Federaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores, Obreros de Tabasco (<strong>FTOT<\/strong>), Edgar Azcuaga Cabrera, manifest\u00f3 que hasta el 14 de diciembre se tiene de plazo para que los \u00abpatrones\u00bb se apliquen en la\u00a0<strong>Ley<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Silla<\/strong>, esto para garantizar el beneficio y armon\u00eda laboral de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Record\u00f3 que la\u00a0<strong>Ley<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Silla<\/strong>, que entr\u00f3 en vigor el 17 de junio de 2025, establece que todos los empleadores deben proporcionar sillas con respaldo a sus trabajadores y permitir descansos sentados durante la jornada laboral, siempre que las funciones lo permitan.
