NELSON VACA PRESENTA INICIATIVA PARA REFORMAR ELECCI\u00d3N DEL RECTOR EN LA UPCH<\/div>\n

Esta ma\u00f1ana, en sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, el legislador Perredista Nelson Humberto Gallegos Vaca<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span> present\u00f3 una Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto para reformar las fracciones III, IV y VII, derogar la fracci\u00f3n IX y adicionar la fracci\u00f3n X al art\u00edculo 14 de la Ley que crea la Universidad Estatal en la Regi\u00f3n de la Chontalpa, en materia de elecci\u00f3n del rector.<\/div>\n

\n
Las modificaciones propuestas establecen lo siguiente:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022Fracci\u00f3n III: Poseer grado acad\u00e9mico de maestr\u00eda o doctorado, expedido por una universidad legalmente reconocida.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022Fracci\u00f3n IV: Haber desempe\u00f1ado de manera sobresaliente labores de docencia a nivel superior y\/o investigaci\u00f3n en la universidad por lo menos dos a\u00f1os.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022Fracci\u00f3n VII: Acreditar el conocimiento de un segundo idioma a nivel de lectura, habla y escritura.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022Fracci\u00f3n IX: Se deroga.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
